Customers
We welcome overseas customers. Please write in so that we can meet any
special requirements you may have. We make a small additional charge for
dispatch of Dugena watches - please email us for more details - overseas
and we provide a variety of different methods of payment to meet the circumstances
and preferences of our clients.
Overseas radio-controlled (atomic) watches
In general only multifrequency watches made by Junghans are suitable for
overseas use (although all radio-controlled watches do function normally
as good quality quartz watches outside area). Multifrequency watches are
suitable for use in the USA, Canada, much of the northern half of Mexico,
and Japan (all islands). Dugena radio-controlled watches are suitable
for use in Europe within the range of the European transmitter.
Currency conversion and shipping costs

Currency Assistant The exchange rate given is the one we use when
calculating a price. We then round the number to the nearest 5. So $US
252.34 becomes $US 250.00 and $US 254.67 becomes $US 260.00. The conversion
given may be different from the one given by financial institutions since
these will have different buy and sell prices.
We make a small additional charge - max $US12 - for shipping Dugena watches
overseas. Please enquire for further details.
